Approved for a book on netgalley... it's only available as protected PDF for Kindle.  FFS.  WHY?  It's not even just Kindle format but a Kindle limited PDF.  It makes no sense.

 

Unless I can get it otherwise I won't get to reviewing this.  I'm not hooked into the Kindle ecosystem.
